We are sorry if an item we have supplied isn't working correctly. Everything is fully and robustly tested before it leaves BR Remote, but sometimes issues can still occur. If you are returning an item for repair or upgrade it must be sent to us with a fully completed Repair Form. Please contact us with the details of the problem and we will send you a repair form.
If you are returning an item to us from outside the EU please ensure you contact us to find out the correct value of the item before completing your shipment paperwork. Thank you!
